       * The registration fee for  a  single  user  license  is  30
        (thirty)  U.S.   dollars  or  20  (twenty) pounds Sterling.
        Payment is accepted in either of these currencies.

       Charges for multi-user licenses are given in  the  following
       table:

             2 to 9 users:         $22 each
             10 to 24 users:       $18 each
             25 to 49 users:       $14 each
             50 to 99 users:       $10 each
             100 to 199 users:     $7 each

       You may use the above form to register one or more copies of
       WinXs. Fill in the fields as applicable and return the form,
       complete with a cheque, money order or cash  for  the  indi-
